    served as the youngest President of the Denver Board of Realtors in its 120 year history. During his first term he led one of the largest Realtor Association mergers in the US which consolidated three local Associations into one, becoming the largest in the state. Serving over 5,000 members, he was again elected to be the first President of the newly formed Denver Metro Association of Realtors (DMAR). During his second term he led the group to a successful year in which they were named as the Most Innovative Real Estate Association by Inman, a prestigious nationwide real estate news source.

    In 2004, he made the transition from Sales Associate to Managing Broker of the Coldwell Banker Cherry Creek office, which was comprised of over 170 agents. They were recognized as one of the most productive offices in the Coldwell Banker system and as a leader he earned a position in the elite President's Advisory Counsel. He was able to pass his knowledge of Sales, Marketing and Closing techniques onto other agents and spent much of his time helping new and experienced agents achieve their goals.
